BR Elite Soccer Foundation | Access Development Opportunity
BR Elite Soccer Foundation — Access • Development • Opportunity Building accountable pathways for young athletes
BR Elite Soccer Foundation

Talent should never be limited by financial barriers.

We remove barriers to high-quality soccer development while expecting commitment, accountability and excellence from every athlete in the program.

01

Access

Remove financial barriers to structured, consistent soccer development.

02

Development

Build technical, tactical, physical and personal growth over time.

03

Opportunity

Create earned pathways into competition, college and selected international experiences.

Our mission

Eliminate financial barriers to high-quality soccer development and create real pathways through education, training, competition and opportunity.

Free access is how we serve the mission. It is not the full identity of the Foundation. Our work begins with access and continues through a structured development system that rewards commitment, attendance, character and growth.

Every program is designed to help young people become stronger athletes, students, teammates and individuals—on the field, in school and in their communities.

Four connected programs

One foundation. Four clear pillars.

Each pillar has a distinct purpose while contributing to one long-term athlete pathway.

PILLAR 01

BR Community Academy

The community access program for consistent, age-appropriate soccer development.

  • U8–U10 fundamentals
  • U11–U13 technical development
  • U14–U16 advanced development
  • U17+ college and adult pathway preparation
PILLAR 02

BR Futsal Academy

A technical development system built around faster decisions and mastery in reduced spaces.

  • Ball control and creativity
  • Decision-making under pressure
  • One-versus-one development
  • Quick transitions and spatial intelligence
PILLAR 03

BR Elite SC

The competitive pathway for athletes who demonstrate the readiness, commitment and performance required to advance.

  • Development Academy progression
  • Age-group competitive teams
  • College and adult opportunities
  • UPSL and selected scouting pathways
PILLAR 04

BR Opportunity Fund

A designated fund that turns partner support into specific athlete resources and earned opportunities.

  • Scholarships and uniforms
  • Tournament fees and transportation
  • College ID events and camps
  • Selected international experiences
The athlete pathway

A clear route from first access to earned opportunity.

Stage 01

Community

Accessible soccer, foundational coaching and a welcoming point of entry.

Stage 03

Stage 04

Opportunity

The BR Standard

We develop more than soccer players.

01

Athlete

Technique, game intelligence, physical development and competitive habits.

02

Student

Responsibility, education, preparation and respect for academic expectations.

Igor Holanda – Coach & Former Player

Born and raised in Brazil, Igor Holanda began playing soccer at the age of 11. At just 12 years old, he left home to pursue his dream of becoming a professional player. Throughout his youth career, he played for several clubs in Brazil, with his most significant development taking place at Fluminense FC, where he competed from 2015 to 2018.

In 2019, Igor moved to the United States to continue both his academic and athletic journey. He spent two years competing at Cloud County Community College (NJCAA) while earning a degree in Sport Management. In 2021, he relocated to California, where he continued his playing career with Forza Soccer Academy in the SoCal Premier League.

Passionate about the game beyond the field, Igor dedicated himself to studying soccer from a tactical perspective. He earned a certification in Performance Analysis and Player Scouting through Futebol Interativo (FI), further developing his understanding of the game and player development.

As a coach at BR Elite Soccer, Igor believes that soccer is about much more than winning games. His goal is to help young athletes grow both as players and as individuals by teaching discipline, confidence, teamwork, and a genuine love for the sport. On the field, he emphasizes detailed technical instruction, ensuring every player understands not only how to perform each movement correctly, but also enjoys the learning process.

Igor is proud to be part of the BR Elite Soccer family and looks forward to helping every player reach their full potential while continuing to grow alongside the club.

Daniel Alkmim Coach at Br Elite Soccer

Daniel Alkmim – Founder
BR Elite Soccer Club was founded by Daniel Alkmim, a former elite player with solid experience in both futsal and field soccer. Born and raised in Brazil, Daniel honed his skills at the renowned Zico Academy, where he trained under mentors from the Brazilian National Team and Zico himself — one of the greatest legends in the history of Brazilian football.

After standing out in Brazil, Daniel continued his career in the United States, competing at the collegiate level in NCAA Division I and Division II. His playing style blended the creativity and flair of Brazilian football with the physical preparation and tactical structure of American college competition. Unfortunately, his professional aspirations were cut short by injuries, but his passion for the sport only grew stronger.

Daniel transitioned into a coaching career with the mission of passing on his high-level knowledge to the next generation. Through BR Elite Soccer Training, he built a reputation for technical excellence, game intelligence, and a unique player-centered approach. Now, with the creation of BR Elite development academy, his goal is to provide athletes with both top-tier training and the help them bring it to the competitive platform of the SOCAL Soccer League.
